Born on the 4th of July!

The reason is because our founder Mark Taylor figured out how to get the documents to take effect on the first second of that public holiday. With all dues and paperwork arranged in advance. Most Americans think that's cool. But there's more to the story.

Mark trained as an apprentice with Rolls Royce, at their plant in Nottingham in England. Where he was born and grew up. In his apprenticeship, on day one he had to sign the UK's Official Secrets Act as a condition of his employment. At the facilities that pioneered the vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) technology for the Harrier Jump-Jet. In that apprenticeship Rolls Royce paid for Mark's engineering college courses at West Nottinghamshire Tech. For one day and two evenings of night school per week over 6 years. During which he won Rolls Royce's Award for the Most Promising Young Apprentice.

Meanwhile, Rolls Royce were getting into collaborative ventures with America's General Electric and Grumman Aerospace. When asked what he wanted to do with his career after winning that award -- he said he wanted to learn all he could at Rolls Royce then to go work on the American space program. Whether by kindness, coincidence, or design he found himself working on those collaborations with GE and Grumman.

That thrust reverser door came to Mark to fix, along with Northrop's anxious CFO, and CTO (directors). The CTO explained to Mark that Grumman was under penalty clauses and every minute that prototype was delayed for remedial re-engineering it cost them money under those contractual penalty clauses. Asking Mark to do his best to fix it and fix it ASAP. Rolls Royce hired Mark out under contract to do the work and billed Grumman for the work plus overhead, and lateness penalties. Because it was quicker to fix it there and then in their research and test facilities than send it back to America.

So, Mark pulled extended shifts and missed night school to get it done. It all worked, and the collaborative venture was a success. The Grumman CFO, and CTO were thankful, and the CTO encouraged Mark to come and work in America. Saying "They will love you in America Mark because you just get it done, and you don't know how rare that is." Mark explained that he could not go to work in America yet because he hadn't yet graduated engineering college, or his apprenticeship. Which Rolls Royce were funding and providing. So, a marker was put down.

Unfortunately, the KGB noticed who fixed their sabotage, and Mark began to get repeatedly poisoned as well as suffering several life-threatening car crashes that were probably hits. Mark was targeted with directed energy weapons as well as being poisoned. Which ruined his health and damaged his career within Rolls Royce. Then when he was down, he was approached by a Mr. Smirnov of the Russian government as the Cold War was officially ending. The Russians having sabotaged his career, seem to have done it to break Mark out of his career in the West. To deny his services and expertise to us and so that they could recruit him instead.

Mark had a project he wanted to do which was to create a Global Communications Satellite Network, like the Starlink system. Russia wanted Mark to become a consultant for their military satellite maker Izhevsk Radio Plant in Russia. If he had taken that job, he could have been a gateway to satellite launch facilities and made a lot of money. But his friend and Mentor Nick Dutton CEO of Skyforce Ltd persuaded Mark that Russia was a criminal state and that it would be too dangerous as well as keeping Mark far from his children. Mark suspects but cannot prove that the GRU killed Nick for that.

By 2016 and having stopped counting assassination attempts of which there had been about sixty, Mark was so in fear for his life he realized he could not continue to survive in the UK. He booked a flight to America but got poisoned and was rolling around in agony just like you may have seen Alexi Navalny doing, on TV. So, he was too unwell to fly.

He managed to get another flight two weeks later and arrived alive but very disoriented and unwell in August 2016. Failed by the UK Government, the British Army, and MI5. While London was being called Londongrad, because it was awash with Russian money and their corrupting influence. Mark fled to the land of the free and the home of the brave. Where he lives to this day.

Those technologies were the basis of over a dozen US patent applications, and Mark has been served with a dozen secrecy orders on them from the US Navy and Department of Energy. After conversations with government people from various organizations Mark is aware of two contracts to kill him in America that were successfully stopped. Because the Government knows he is in danger he now gets covert protection from the Secret Service, and the Army's irregular warfare experts.

Mark has been told that eventually if/when any of his defense technologies are held patentable the Government will have to compensate him for them at fair value. After receiving those Secrecy Orders the first version of this website was taken down to avoid any unintentional over-disclosure. Eventually, the four technologies now on this website were cleared for publication. While the rest look set to stay secret well beyond Mark's lifetime.

We do not blame Google for buying the laundered QR code technologies, nor the banks for receipt of Mark's Internet Banking technologies. They probably had no knowledge that the fake inventors were fraudsters.

What we do hope is that those big tech players who inadvertently ate Mark's lunch will want to make that right and to partner with the real inventor of those technologies. Which have so massively impacted and boosted their businesses and the US economy. For which Mark never received a single penny.
